Which components are used to taking information from the computers are called as output devices.

Ex:

1. VDU (Visual Display Unit) / MONITOR : This is the most popular of all soft copy output devices.

2. PRINTERS : Printers are used for producing hard copy of information. There are two types of printers,

b. Non-impact Printers

3. PLOTTERS: Plotters are those devices, which reproduce drawings using pens that are attached to movable arms. Plotters may also use inkjet approaches. The quality of the plotters output is very high.

7. MAGNETIC TAPE

8. PUNCHED CARD
